Welcome to Book a Trainer India. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To use our platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Booking and Payment

When booking a trainer, you agree to pay the fees specified for the services. Payments must be made through the provided payment methods. Book a Trainer India reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes in pricing will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. If a trainer cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Trainer Verification and Conduct

We verify the credentials and backgrounds of trainers on our platform to ensure they meet our standards. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by trainers. Trainers are independent contractors and not employees of Book a Trainer India. We expect all users to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Post or transmit any false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Book a Trainer India or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our platform without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Book a Trainer India is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our platform or services. We do not guarantee the quality or suitability of any trainer or training session. Your use of our platform is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Book a Trainer India, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of our platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. By continuing to use our platform after any changes, you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
